In a year where very few things are certain, we can count on one thing…Dalvin Cook is an absolute beast in fantasy and daily fantasy football. Cook finished Week 9 with 252 all-purpose yards and 2 TD’s, which was good for 42.20 Draft Kings points. He continues to prove he is one of the best, if not the best fantasy player in the NFL. Going forward, if Cook is on the slate, he needs to be in your lineup, regardless of the price increases that will no doubt come his way. Minnesota continues to be a run-first team and that is exactly what you want when it comes to picking your daily fantasy RB’s.
Now we are on to Week 10 of the NFL Season. There is a ton to like when it comes to the QB and WR positions this week, but I noticed that the RB position is not very deep on this slate. There are a lot of ways to go with your stacks, which is great because none of them with garner huge ownership numbers. As I mentioned the RB position is a bit strange this week, but there are two value plays on the board that will create a ton of savings while you are building your lineups. The first is Mike Davis who assumes the lead back role once again in Carolina. While they are going up against a very solid run defense in Tampa Bay, Davis tends to be very involved in the passing game, which makes him a smash play at just $4000. The other is Duke Johnson who takes over as the lead back in Houston as they travel to Cleveland this week. Johnson played 89% of the snaps last week after David Johnson went out and he will get plenty of opportunities to pay off his $5000 price tag. Paying down at one of your RB spots, leaves you with a ton of extra money to play with this week. I love the possibilities that it opens up with your lineups. Here are my Week 10 picks. As a reminder, we focus on the Sunday Main Slate only.
Stack #1
LAC @ MIA: Implied game total of 48.5 points
1. Justin Herbert: $6600
-Herbert is averaging an insane 26.9 fantasy points per game in his rookie campaign. His low scoring week was 19.7 points, so he offers a high floor as well. Herbert is a great play in both Cash and GPP’s.
2. Keenan Allen: $7100
-Allen has been targeted 13, 12 and 11 times in the past 3 games, securing 9 catches in each game. I love stacking Herbert with his favorite target, regardless of the matchup.
3. DeVante Parker: $5000
-This price seems too low for Tua’s favorite target. Parker wasn’t able to break a long one last week, but he was targeted 7 times and I expect that number to only increase now that Preston Williams was placed on IR.
**This leaves you with $5217 per player left to build the rest of your lineups**

1. Deshaun Watson: $6700
2. Will Fuller: $6700/Brandin Cooks: $5600

I strongly believe the value plays will be the story of the week in the DFS world. If you can hit on your lower-end guys, you will be sitting pretty when it comes to making some money. Not to completely give away the strategy, but I’m having trouble finding a reason to not put Mike Davis in most, if not all my lineups. $4000 for a proven RB with a ton of receiving upside, is simply to good to pass up on. Don’t overthink it. You can differentiate in other areas of your lineup to make up for the caulky guys. There are a lot of good stacking options on the slate, which makes the week even more wide open. As always, come up with a narrative and stick to that in building your teams.
