Jeffery, who has been an Eagle since 2017, played a huge role in bringing a Super Bowl to Philadelphia. His touchdown catch in the Super Bowl is one of the most memorable plays in the history of the franchise. He finishes his Eagles career with 171 receptions, 2237 receiving yards, and 20 touchdowns.
