The Philadelphia Eagles brought back an old familiar friend to the nest on Monday with officially signing Super Bowl Winning Defensive End Vinny Curry to a one-year deal.

The 32- year old Curry is entering his 9th season in the NFL, spending seven of eight seasons in the City of Brotherly Love(Played for Tampa in 2018) including last season where he recorded the 2nd most sacks of his career(5 sacks), the most since 2014.

In his career per Pro Football Reference he has recorded 178 combined tackles, 43 tackles for loss, 29.5 sacks, 5 forced fumbles, 1 fumble recovery and 82 QB hits.

The 2012 2nd Round Pick joins a room filled defensive group which includes Brandon Graham, Brandon Graham and Derek Barnett, as well as Genard Avery, Josh Sweat, Shareef Miller, Joe Ostman, and Casey Toohill.
