The Philadelphia Union will host SC Nashville at Subaru Park on Sunday in their Eastern Conference semi-final clash.
Nashville progressed after defeating Orlando City 3-1 on Tuesday night. Daryl Dike had given Orlando an early lead, but Hany Mukhtar brought them onto level terms shortly afterwards. Mukhtar proved to be the Nashville hero again as he put them ahead with just 15 minutes remaining. Johnder Cadiz popped up with a rare goal in stoppage time to put the game to bed.
The Union have met Nashville twice this season, and both teams have split a win. Former Philadelphia striker CJ Sapong was the match-winner in the first game as he scored in the second minute of a 1-0 win. In the reverse fixture, a Kacper Przybylko penalty was the difference as his goal gave the Union a 1-0 victory.
The game will begin at 5.30pmET on Sunday, November 28th, with the winner to face either New England Revolution or NYCFC. Union manager Jim Curtin is set to speak to the media tomorrow, with his side having three days to prepare for Nashville.
