A.J. Brown’s Price Just Went Nuclear after Waddle Trade

Yesterday’s Price Is NOT Today’s Price
Yesterday’s Price Is NOT Today’s Price

With the Miami Dolphins trading star WR Jaylen Waddle to the Broncos in a blockbuster on Tuesday, you have to wonder what this means for A.J. Brown.

A.J. is undoubtedly a better player than Waddle, and most Dolphins and Broncos fans should admit that. Miami just received a 1st and a 3rd-round pick in exchange for Jaylen Waddle and a 4th-round pick swap.

That’s a HEFTY price with all things considered. Waddle is a great football player when he’s on the field. He has absurd speed and YAC ability as everyone knows. He also unfortunately has injury issues and is usually in the medical tent once a week.

The Patriots and Eagles have been discussing a deal that would send A.J. Brown to New England. Philly’s asking price has been a 1st and a 2nd-round pick, and so far no one has been able to submit to Howie Roseman’s demands.

If anything, this Waddle blockbuster should increase Brown’s trade value and a deal might be revisited soon.

Should the Eagles eat the dead cap in order to receive outstanding trade compensation for their disgruntled star wideout?
